This 8-hour course is designed to equip trainers, Field Training Officers (FTOs), sergeants, and command staff with the knowledge and tools needed to recognize signs and symptoms of mental distress among their colleagues. Participants will explore common mental health challenges, their impact on workplace performance and safety, and practical strategies for providing support and fostering a culture of well-being. Through case studies, interactive discussions, and scenario-based activities, attendees will develop the skills to confidently address mental health concerns and connect co-workers to appropriate resources.
