Training Overview
The nature of law enforcement inevitably results in a need to respond and face crises, but few agencies are well prepared to deal with them. Crisis Management should not only be a response to crises once they have occurred, but rather through having a proactive framework in place for handling crises events before they occur. This class teaches participants how to build organizations that are resilient and discusses how to prepare for, respond to, and learn from crisis.
*This training satisfies a requirement for the Senior Leadership Certificate.
