COURSE DESCRIPTION: Designed for current and aspiring supervisors in law enforcement, this course teaches participants to further understand and adapt to the character shift that must occur when developing in their roles as leaders. Through lecture and small group discussion, students will learn general management principles and practices, and will discuss a range of problems that arise when new supervisors fail to acknowledge and react to problems that may be a result of poor supervision.
