Course Description: This course is designed to aid law enforcement officers investigating financial crimes. The emphasis of this course is to demonstrate the fundamentals of addressing contemporary financial crime scams. Attendees will learn to build a criminal case involving common financial crimes such as fraudulent checks, cloned credit cards, gas pump skimmers and a variety of on-line fraud. They will also learn how banking institutions can assist in these investigations.
