About the event

*Course is FREE and ONLY AVAILABLE to any Washington County (Sworn) Supervisors.

This leadership and tactics course was developed to provide supervisors with enhanced tactical knowledge and skills to better respond to high threat and high liability incidents. Participants will be prepared to man-age, de-escalate, mitigate risks, and tactically resolve incidents including warrant service, barricaded sub-jects, hostage situations, armed suicidal subjects, and SWAT incidents. Training objectives will be accomplished through active classroom discussion, incident reviews, and whiteboard exercises. Lessons learned will be easily implemented and shared with fellow LEO’s upon completion of this course.
