This three-day course is designed to provide newly appointed FTOs with an assortment of teaching techniques and exercises. This course will cover a variety of topics such as: FTO program history, DISC personality test, adult learning, learning preferences, communication skills, performance appraisal and much more. This course will be instructed by Kevin Kelleher a 27-year law enforcement veteran and 10 plus year educator.
